Taking a bong hit is a popular way to consume cannabis, and with the right technique, it can provide an enjoyable and smooth smoking experience. Bongs work by filtering the smoke through water, which helps to cool and clean it, resulting in a smoother hit. Here's a comprehensive guide on how to take the best bong hit.





Step 1: Fill the bong with water The first step is to fill the bong with enough water to cover the downstem, which is the tube that extends from the bowl into the water. The water should be enough to cool and filter the smoke, but not so much that it's difficult to inhale. Experiment with different levels of water to find what works best for you. Some people prefer a lower water level for a stronger hit, while others prefer a higher water level for a smoother hit.



Step 2: Choose the right strain The next step is to choose the right strain of cannabis to use with your bong. Different strains can provide different effects, so it's important to choose one that is suitable for the desired experience.
